Corresponde al Ministro de Minas y Energía la difusión del presente Decreto y hacerlo de conocimiento público, para lo cual podrá, entre otras cosas, disponer la compilación de todas las normas que rigen la estructura administrativa del Ministerio y someterla a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
