Composición de las Comisiones Departamentales del Interior. Sin perjuicio de involucrar entidades u organismos adicionales, la composición de las Comisiones Departamentales del Interior se establecerá de la siguiente manera: • Gobernador del departamento quien la preside. • Alcaldes de los municipios del respectivo departamento. • Delegados regionales de las siguientes entidades: - Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia. - Ministerio de Defensa. - Consejería para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional. - Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro. - Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF). • Comandante de Policía Departamental. • Comandante del Ejército de la respectiva División o Brigada con jurisdicción en el departamento. • El personero distrital o municipal.
