Art. 70. La correspondencia del concursado se pondrá en poder del Juez, quien la abrirá á presencia de aquél ó de su apoderado y entregara al depositario las cartas que tengan relación con los negocios del concurso, y al concursado ó su apoderado las que se refieran á otros asuntos.
