Article 78

Corresponde A La Junta Administradora Del Fondo Educativo Regional La Facultad De Seleccionar El Personal Subalterno Del Centro Experimental Piloto, Que Será Nombrado Por El Jefe De La Entidad Territorial En Su Calidad De Presidente De La Junta Administradora Del Fer, Mediante Acto Administrativo Que Deberá Ser Refrendado Por El Delegado Permanente Del Ministerio De Educación Nacional Ante El Respectivo Fer

Decreto 525 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 55, 57, 59 y 60 de la Ley 24 de 1988, parcialmente los artículos 12, 13 y 18 de la Ley 29 de 1989 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Corresponde a la Junta Administradora del Fondo Educativo Regional la facultad de seleccionar el personal subalterno del Centro Experimental Piloto, que será nombrado por el Jefe de la Entidad Territorial en su calidad de Presidente de la Junta Administradora del FER, mediante acto administrativo que deberá ser refrendado por el Delegado Permanente del Ministerio de Educación Nacional ante el respectivo FER.

Parágrafo

El Director del Centro Experimental Piloto será el Jefe inmediato, para todos los efectos, de los funcionarios del Centro Experimental Piloto.
