En ningún caso los Cónsules que, como administradores provisionales de los bienes de una herencia ab intestato , entren en posesión de ellos, remitirán parte alguna al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, pues dichos bienes deben permanecer en poder de los Cónsules hasta que los herederos los reciban conforme a los títulos que exhiban como tales.
