Cuando se trate de una labor ininterrumpible como la de los viajes de navegación fluvial o marítima en que el personal no pueda tomar el descanso en todo el curso de una o más semanas, se acumularán los días de descanso en la semana siguiente al rendimiento del viaje, o se pagará el jornal doble, a opción del obrero.
