En los casos en que el trabajador se encuentre afiliado por intermedio de una entidad agrupadora, los accidentes de trabajo deberán ser reportados al ISS por los patronos o por la respectiva entidad agrupadora en los términos y en la forma establecida en los reglamentos generales.
