º Cuando dichos contratos, por su cuantía sean aquellos a que se refiere el artículo 116 del Decreto 468 de 1986, se remitirán al Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, dentro de los diez días siguientes a la suscripción, para que dicho Departamento se pronuncie sobre su aprobación o importación, dentro de los diez días siguientes a su recibo.
