amends decreto 1440/40

El artículo 5º del Decreto extraordinario número 1440 quedará así:

" El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional podrá autorizar a los molinos de trigo del país para mezclar a la harina de trigo hasta un veinticinco por ciento (25%) de almidón de yuca, siendo obligatorio a los expendedores hasta conocer del público la mezcla y su porcentaje."
