Los aportes que se causen bajo este régimen de excepción, serán cubiertos por el patrono y el trabajador.

Parágrafo

Anualmente el Gobierno transferirá aportes del presupuesto nacional al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que cubran el subsidio necesario para garantizar el derecho a la pensión de los trabajadores del servicio doméstico cuyas cotizaciones se liquiden por debajo del salario mínimo vigente.
