Participación económica. Los municipios que perciban regalías o participaciones provenientes de explotaciones mineras ubicadas en los territorios indígenas de que trata el artículo 123, deberán destinar los correspondientes ingresos a obras y servicios que beneficien directamente a las comunidades y grupos aborígenes asentados en tales territorios.
