Servicio activo . El educador se encuentra en servicio activo cuando ejerce las funciones propias del cargo del cual ha tomado posesión, o cuando se encuentra en comisión de servicios o en encargo. El Gobierno Nacional establecerá la asignación académica de los docentes de acuerdo con los niveles y ciclos educativos.
