El gobierno nacional tendrá un plazo perentorio de un (1) año a partir de la sanción de la presente ley para formular la política pública integral y para tomar las medidas públicas, presupuestales, judiciales y de atención para atender las alertas tempranas y la prevención de este tipo de actos punibles.
