La pensión de sobrevivientes originada en accidente de trabajo o enfermedad profesional continuará rigiéndose por las disposiciones vigentes, salvo que se opte por el manejo integrado de estas pensiones de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 157 de esta Ley.
