Los funcionarios de seguridad social que deban viajar dentro o fuera del país en comisión de servicios, tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de viáticos y gastos de transporte de acuerdo con reglamentación especial del Gobierno. Los viáticos se fijarán según la remuneración básica mensual, así: Asignación Básica Dentro del país, Viáticos diarios en pesos Fuera del país.
