Destinase la suma hasta de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00), para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en los artículos 2º, 7º. y 8º. de la presente Ley, que será incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. En caso contrario, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para abrir créditos y contracréditos correspondientes, a fin de dar estricto cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
