El empleado que expida un pasaporte lo registrará en libro especial, que dividirá en cinco columnas: para el número y fecha del pasaporte; para el nombre y grado ó clase del pasaportado; para el lugar á donde debe ir éste y la distancia; para la liquidación circunstanciada y la cita de la orden del Ministerio de Guerra; y la última para anotar el valor del pasaporte. Cada partida de registro será suscrita por el que da el pasaporte y por el que lo recibe.
