Article 52

Tendrán Derecho A Participar En La Elección De Los Dos Representantes Gremiales De Que Trata El Artículo 13, Numeral 13 De La Ley 5 De 1973, Además De Las Que Allí Se Mencionan, Las Federaciones O Asociaciones Que Se Constituyan U Organicen De Acuerdo Con Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Que Sean Personas Jurídicas Sin Ánimo De Lucro; B) Que Tengan Por Objeto Exclusivo La Representación Y Defensa De Gremios Dedicados A Actividades Agrícolas O Ganaderas; C) Que Sus Condiciones Estatutarias Y De Funcionamiento Hayan Sido Aceptadas Por El Ministerio De Agricultura

Tendrán derecho a participar en la elección de los dos representantes gremiales de que trata el artículo 13, numeral 13 de la Ley 5 de 1973, además de las que allí se mencionan, las federaciones o asociaciones que se constituyan u organicen de acuerdo con los siguientes requisitos

Que sean personas jurídicas sin ánimo de lucro;

Que tengan por objeto exclusivo la representación y defensa de gremios dedicados a actividades agrícolas o ganaderas;

Que sus condiciones estatutarias y de funcionamiento hayan sido aceptadas por el Ministerio de Agricultura.
