Los boletines de expedición correspondientes a las encomiendas entregadas a los destinatarios, se legajaran en el mismo orden de las planillas y se conservaran como comprobantes de la entrega de las encomiendas. Los visitadores que concurren en uso de sus funciones a las oficinas postales, confrontarán cuidadosamente los boletines de expedición con el libro de recibo y entrega, y tomarán razón de todas las circunstancias relativas a la entrega, portes, derechos, estampillas, anulaciones, etc., y si encontraren irregularidades, retirarán los boletines que ellas dieran lugar, dejarán la constancia debida en el acta y junto con ella los remitirán al Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos.
