El personal del Instituto será el siguiente con las asignaciones mensuales que se expresan:

Los nombramientos de Médico Epidemiologuita y de Ingeniero Sanitario recaerán en quienes comprueben haber hecho estudios especiales de estas materias y cuando haya de prestar sus servicios fuera de la capital tendrán derecho a viáticos que señalara el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Director del Instituto de Higiene Samper y Martínez fijara el número de asignaciones de personal Auxiliar, personal que será nombrando y removido libremente por el mismo Director, dando cuenta al Director Nacional de Higiene y al Ministro de Educación Nacional. Para este servicio se destina hasta la cantidad de $ 7200 anuales.
