Artículo quinto . El reconocimiento de personería jurídica, se hará con base en los siguientes documentos

Solicitud de reconocimiento de personería jurídica;

Acta de la asamblea de constitución;

Texto completo de los estatutos;

Constancia de pago del 25% de los aportes suscritos por los fundadores.
