Art. 10. Todo Capitan de buque tiene el deber de dar cuenta, a su llegada a Barranquilla o Caracolí, a los ajentes del buque, del estado en que éste se encuentra despues del viaje; i si necesitare refaccionarse, calafatearse &,vijilará esta operacion para persuadirse de que los daños han sido reparados convenientemente, i pueda, sin ningun peligro, emprender nuevo viaje.
