Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito, al ejercer las atribuciones de que habla el caso 2°. del artículo 99 de la Ley 61 de 1886, arreglarán sus procedimientos á lo dispuesto en la primera parte del mismo artículo, en la cual se dispone que dichos Tribunales tendrán la organización, atribuciones, jurisdicción y competencia que tenían los Tribunales Superiores de los extinguidos Estados.
