Composición. Estará conformada por siete (7) miembros, elegidos por el sistema del cuociente electoral. Deberán acreditar la calidad de abogados, con título universitario, o haber pertenecido a la misma Comisión y tener conocimientos preferencialmente en las disciplinas penales.
