Los Capitanes deben enviar estos documentos á los mismos empleados en la canoa en que despachen el correo, ó en la primera oportunidad que se presente, en caso de varada del buque, ó que por cualquier motivo el buque no pueda llegar oportunamente al puerto. El Capitán que no diere cumplimiento á esta disposición incurrirá en una multa de $ 150 oro.
