Repealed

Los vehículos que sean inmovilizados por orden judicial deberán llevarse a parqueaderos cuya responsabilidad será de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Rama Judicial. Las autoridades de tránsito no podrán inmovilizar en los parqueaderos autorizados, vehículos por acciones presuntamente delictuosas.

NOTA: a través de la Sentencia C-440 de 2020 la Corte Constitucional declaró inxequible la expresión “el artículo 167 de la Ley 769 de 2002”, contenida en el artículo 336 derogatorio de la Ley 1955 de 2019,
