La suma necesaria para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, se tomara de la partida de quinientos mi pesos ($ 500.000) moneda corriente, que debe incluirse en el Presupuesto Nacional anualmente, en cumplimiento del plan de auxilios a los Municipios que sufran incendios, plagas, inundaciones u otras calamidades públicas, o de los créditos extraordinarios que el Gobierno abra para estos mismos fines, de acuerdo con el Articulo 31 de la Ley 64 de 1931 .
