Modificación del literal e) del artículo 2° del Decreto 1266 de 2001 . El literal e) del artículo 2° del Decreto 1266 de 2001 quedará así: “e) Si no fuere posible asignar los recursos adicionales de que trata el literal d) anterior, o si las entidades administradoras no expresan su voluntad de suscribir la prórroga de los contratos de administración, el Ministerio de Hacienda podrá disponer la administración transitoria de los recursos del Fonpet a través de la Dirección de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional.”
