Articulo 3º El Centro podrá recibir inicialmente treinta alumnos, los cuales, además de los requisitos; que exija la Dirección General de Aviación, deberán llenar los siguientes: 1) Ser colombiano de nacimiento. (Podrán admitirse alumnos de ambos sexos). 2) Ser mayor de diez y seis años y menor de treinta y seis. En los casos de menores de edad, será indispensable la presentación del permiso correspondiente de los padres o tutores, y en el de mujeres casadas, el del marido.
