Los pasajes por comisiones al exterior serán otorgados de acuerdo con el artículo 2.° del Decreto-ley 3306 de 1963 y con el Decreto 1725 de 1964. Los funcionarios comprendidos en el artículo 2.° de este Decreto y los Oficiales de la Casa Militar de la Presidencia de la República tendrán derecho a pasajes aéreos internacionales de primera clase.
