Art. 25. Siempre que en la licitación intervinieren individuos extranjeros, Compañías de extranjeros ó mixtas de nacionales y extranjeros, el individuo representante de esas Sociedades debe someterse á los Tribunales de la República y renunciar á la vía diplomática en los reclamos concernientes al contrato de arrendamiento. Este hecho se hará constar en la diligencia de adjudicación.

Parágrafo

Cuando la cesión de algún remate se hiciere á alguna Compañía extranjera ó mixta de nacionales y extranjeros, el cesionario queda sometido á lo dispuesto en este artículo.
