Los hermanos huérfanos de padre y los hijos que sean inválidos o de capacidad física disminuida, y que hayan perdido más del sesenta por ciento (60%) de su capacidad normal de trabajo, causarán derecho al subsidio familiar sin ninguna limitación en razón de su edad y percibirán doble cuota de subsidio si reciben educación o formación profesional especializada en establecimiento idóneo.
