La Asamblea General podrá constituir reservas ocasionales, siempre que tengan una destinación específica, y estén debidamente justificadas. Antes de formar cualquier reserva ocasional, se harán las apropiaciones necesarias para atender el pago de impuestos y para las reservas legales o estatutarias.
