Art. 38. Los Administradores subalternos de Correos y los Telegrafistas, al rendir las cuentas de su cargo á la Administración departamental de Hacienda respectiva, acompañarán como dinero, haciendo la deducción del caso, las nóminas del sueldo que les corresponda y los documentos comprobantes de los gastos que estén facultados para verificar en sus Oficinas, remitiendo á la vez á la misma Oficina los saldos resultantes.
