Concédese al Centro de Rehabilitación para Adultos Ciegos un auxilio anual y Permanente para el sostenimiento, de trescientos mil pesos ($300.000.00) moneda corriente. Esta partida se incluirá en el presupuesto de cada vigencia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
