TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.24. De los Requisitos para Ascenso. Para las Licencias de Navegación posteriores, se deben llenar los siguientes requisitos generales:

Tener más de 20 años, y menor de 60, (Para licencia de Capitán o Patrón, la edad mínima será de 24 años).

Acreditar debidamente la idoneidad correspondiente mediante exámenes o curso especial.

Haber aprobado el curso o cursos de seguridad o actualización que determine la Autoridad Marítima para dicho ascenso.
