°. Vigencias y derogatorias. El presente decreto entra en vigencia treinta (30) días calendario, a partir de la publicación en el Diario Oficial ; modifica el gravamen arancelario establecido en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 4927 de diciembre 26 de 2011 y deroga el Decreto número 074 de 2013.
