Artículo único. El tiempo fijado en los artículos 147 y 149 de la Ley 7.a de 1888 y 36 de la Ley 119 de 1892, sobre incompatibilidades para la elección de Senadores, Representantes y Diputados, correrá desde el primero de Diciembre último.

Parágrafo

Tales incompatibilidades no se refieren á los suplentes de empleados no elegibles.
