ARTICULO 10. Todas las referencias hechas a la Superintendencia de Cambios en el Régimen Cambiario, en el Estatuto de Inversiones Internacionales y en otras normas especiales, se entenderán hechas, a la Superintendencia de Sociedades con respecto a las funciones asignadas a este organismo en virtud de lo dispuesto por el presente decreto a partir de la fecha en que se produzcan los efectos derogatorios del mismo.
