Cuando una persona .sea sorprendida en flagrante violación de la ley penal y al ser perseguida por la Policía se refugiare en su propio domicilio, los agentes de la autoridad podrán penetrar inmediatamente en él ron el fin de aprehenderla. Si se acoge a domicilio ajeno la Policía podrá penetrar en él, haciendo uso de la fuerza si fuere necesario, sin exhibir mandamiento escrito y previo requerimiento al morador. Si este se opone, podrá ser capturado y conducido ante la autoridad competente para que inicie la investigación penal a que haya lugar.
