Art. 1.º Para la continuación del camino Occidente, que partiendo de la ciudad de Chiquinquirá remata en Puerto-Niño ó en otro punto del río Magdalena, limítrofes con los Departamentos de Antioquia ó Tolima, se auxilia del Tesoro nacional al Departamento de Boyacá con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100,000).
