Articulo 39. El Consejo Directivo tendrá un Presidente que dirigirá sus reuniones y un Vicepresidente que en su ausencia lo reemplace. Estos dignatarios serán elegidos por el Consejo Directivo, por mayoría de votos, para periodos de un año, y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente. En caso de empate se definirá la elección a la suerte.
