Artículo segundo. La ley determinará la fecha en que deba empezar a funcionar cada uno de los Juzgados enumerados en el artículo anterior. Mientras tanto, los respectivos Jueces Municipales y de Circuito seguirán conociendo de los negocios atribuidos a la justicia del trabajo, de conformidad con los artículos 60 de la Ley 6ª de 1945 y 4º de la Ley 75 de 1945.
