Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 632 del Código Penal Militar quien solicite el traslado o cambio de lugar de detención a otra Unidad Militar o Policial del país, deberá adjuntar prueba sumaria de la motivación o el dictamen médico correspondiente según el caso y el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares por Resolución no sujeta a recurso alguno, dispondrá lo pertinente, informando al funcionario o juez a cuyas órdenes se encuentre el detenido.
