Las Obligaciones Establecidas En El Artículo 7º Del Decreto 98 De 1973 Deberán Comenzar A Cumplirse A Partir Del Mes Siguiente A La Fecha En Que Le Corresponda Inscribirse A Cada Empleador Según Lo Dispuesto En Este Decreto

Las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 7º del Decreto 98 de 1973 deberán comenzar a cumplirse a partir del mes siguiente a la fecha en que le corresponda inscribirse a cada empleador según lo dispuesto en este Decreto.

Parágrafo

Cuando un trabajador no hubiere laborado durante el semestre calendario anterior o le hubiere hecho solo parcialmente, se tomará como base para la liquidación de que trata el artículo 7º del Decreto 98 de 1973, el último salario mensual devengado por el trabajador.
