Artículo 1° Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1923, los siguientes créditos adicionales:

Material del Ejército .

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

Carreteras, caminos de herradura y puentes.

Auxilios y gastos de fomento.
