Artículo séptimo. Por decreto separado. originario de los Ministerios de Hacienda y Crédito Público y de Agricultura, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo siguiente, se señalarán las diversas dependencias correspondientes a los organismos directivos de que trata este Decreto, y se proveerá la creación de los respectivos cargos y señalamiento de asignaciones.
