Conciliadores judiciales . Créanse los cargos de conciliadores judiciales que tendrán como función adelantar las audiencias de conciliación previstas en la ley. De conformidad con el artículo 257 de la Constitución Política, facúltase al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura para fijar su número, remuneración, y los lugares donde prestarán sus servicios. El juez puede delegar la etapa de conciliación en el conciliador judicial si lo hubiere.
