Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de este Decreto, rechazada total o parcialmente una devolución, la oficina competente para efectuar la liquidación de revisión deberá practicarla dentro del término legal, previo el requerimiento especial y la investigación si fuere el caso.
