El Gobierno, procediendo de acuerdo con la Gobernación del Tolima, y aprovechando los materiales para un puente que este Departamento tiene en el puerto de La Venada, procederá á construir un puente de hierro sobre el rio Saldaña, entre los Distritos del Guamo y Purificación y en la vía nacional que conduce de Girardot á Neiva.
